1. The short version

Cmine.Games (operated at cminegames.com by Cmine Things LLC) is a gaming platform offering free-to-play browser games and optional in-game purchases. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. We store your email, your chosen username, and the play data you generate (game sessions, scores, inventory, purchases). You can delete your account at any time from your Profile; deletion permanently removes the data we hold for you, with the exception of payment audit records we're required to retain for tax and dispute purposes.

You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We can't recover purchases or score history that gets transferred away through a compromised account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't do any of these things:

• Cheat scores, exploit bugs to gain inventory, or abuse the API.
• Reverse-engineer the platform to bypass payments.
• Harass other players or post abusive usernames.
• Resell items or accounts.
• Use the platform to defraud others, including chargeback fraud.

We can suspend or delete accounts that do any of the above. Inventory and purchase history on suspended accounts are forfeited.

4. In-app purchases

Some items in the Store are paid. Purchases are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your card data. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your card the displayed amount in US dollars and you agree to the Refund Policy.

Items you purchase are bound to your account and not transferable. Items granted in bulk (e.g. a 5-pack of keys) are delivered as the underlying single-use units.

5. Service availability

This is a hobby platform. We make no guarantee of uptime or that any specific game will continue to exist. Free games may be retired; paid items will continue to honor their stated functionality for as long as the platform runs, or you'll be eligible for a refund of the unused portion under the Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

We collect: your Google identity (email, name), play data, purchase records, and coarse browser/device info. We don't sell your data. We don't serve ads. We do share data with subprocessors strictly to operate the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, real-time channels.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth).
• Stripe — payment processing.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, which for most users is zero or close to it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
